HOW MIGHT THE GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS WORK TO SOLVE THE HOMELESS PROBLEM?

send them overseas for jobs

i say we stop sending more our troops into iraq and start paying off some of our debt, the war is stupid and so is bush
