first and most importantly you have to have a good education, it also helps to know someone that is already up there in financial status. after that its all about what u wanna do.

Good education, learn a lot about the things you want to do, get information on the particular field of interest that you want to do, look for family members or people you know who have the same proffession you are trying to seek, look for books on the job, go to college or trade school which ever one will support the best idea you have, also have fun in what you do.
